All dishes are slow-cooked in small daily batches right inside our licensed home kitchen. We never use artificial food coloring, MSG, or pre-made frozen gravies. Our ghee is churned in-house, oils are pure wood-pressed mustard/groundnut, and vegetables are sourced early every morning from local farmer cooperatives.

Because we run a true home kitchen rather than a high-volume factory, we prepare only as much food as ordered for that day. Ordering early ensures that your portion is simmering on the stove and helps us eliminate domestic food waste entirely!

We care deeply about our planet. All curries and hot gravies are packed in spill-proof, heat-safe bagasse containers made from 100% natural sugarcane pulp. They are completely biodegradable, microwave-reheatable, and compostable within 60 days.
